Beginner yoga

New to yoga? Our beginner classes focus on fundamental poses, breathwork, and alignment, providing a gentle introduction to the practice in a supportive environment.

Breathwork

Learn to practice and experience numerous breathwork  sequences that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.  

Restorative yoga

Unwind and release tension with our restorative yoga classes. Utilising props to support the body, these sessions promote deep relaxation and stress reduction.

Workshops & events

Deepen your practice with our special workshops and events. Explore specific themes, techniques, and philosophies in a focused and immersive setting.
